Membership Agreement
Terms & Conditions
By becoming a Member with Shaklee Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 679 952 795) (“Shaklee”, “we” “us” and “our”), you agree to the terms and conditions below:
- Membership Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in Australia. Members may sign up individually or jointly with their spouse. Spouses may not have separate Memberships. Please notify Shaklee of any change in street or email address or telephone number.
- Shaklee reserves the right to reject any Membership application and/or terminate any Membership where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
- ID Number
- You will be issued a unique Shaklee ID number that should be used for all communications with Shaklee.
- Membership Privileges
- Acceptance of this application by Shaklee allows you to purchase Shaklee products at prices below suggested retail directly from Shaklee or from your Sponsor or Business Leader. Members are not eligible to sell products or to receive bonuses or other compensation. Further details of Membership privileges are available at here.
- Annual Renewal
- Shaklee membership requires an annual renewal. However, Shaklee may from time to time suspend or waive the requirement to renew. Currently, Shaklee membership renewal has been suspended. Should Shaklee re-introduce an annual renewal requirement, Shaklee will provide you with reasonable notice beforehand as well as any terms and conditions which apply to the annual renewal.
- Communications
- Email & SMS Email
As explained in detail in our Privacy Policy, we may communicate with you via email. You may opt out of receiving our email communications by clicking on the opt-out link included in every marketing email we send, updating your preferences online, or by customercare@shaklee.com. - SMS
You may choose to participate in our offers or receive updates though SMS text messaging, which may be subject to applicable messaging and data rates.
By opting into this service, you consent to receive mobile text alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. At any time, you may discontinue receiving SMS messages by sending the SMS message "STOP" to the applicable shortcode. For Help, call us at 1800 001 108 or email australia@shaklee.com.
The SMS service will apply to all major carriers. Carrier SMS terms and providers are subject to change.

- Privacy
- We will use the personal information that you provide to administer and manage your Membership account, process your orders and for marketing and statistical purposes. Shaklee may share your personal information with our parent company based in the USA, (Shaklee Corporation), your sponsor and with third parties who assist us with our business. - Both Shaklee Corporation and Shaklee Australia ("Shaklee," "we," or "our") are strongly committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal information and the security of the computer systems on which this site operates. We strive to remain in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. Detailed information about our privacy and security procedures can be found here.
- Loyalty Rewards Terms
- A Loyalty Order is a recurring monthly order for products of at least $100 (including GST). Note: You may change or cancel your Loyalty Order at any time prior to the scheduled run date by visiting your account on au.shaklee.com or calling 1800 001 108. Please visit our Loyalty Rewards page for more details.
- By selecting Loyalty Order, you authorize Shaklee to:
- ship the items indicated on this order and items on any supplemental orders or change/modification orders, which are incorporated herein by reference, or as otherwise requested by you or on your behalf, ON A RECURRING MONTHLY BASIS; and
- charge this credit card account the then current price of the ordered products at the time of shipment.
- You understand that THIS SERVICE IS CONTINUOUS and that these orders will continue to be shipped to you on a monthly basis and that you are obligated to pay for them until you cancel or modify your order. Based on your selection, you will be charged each month, and such charge will continue until you cancel or modify your order. You can cancel or modify your cart up to the day prior to the scheduled run date by visiting your account on au.Shaklee.com or calling 1800 001 108. Loyalty Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shaklee reserves the right to cancel this order at any time.
- Shipping and Handling
- Orders placed before 2 pm AEST will be shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays
- Shaklee shipping and handling fees are based on the total product purchase price of your order (excluding GST and shipping/handling). Product orders over $200 (including GST) will be eligible for free shipping. Shipping fees will be added to orders below this amount and will be specified at the time your order is placed. - The Shaklee Guarantee
- If you are unsatisfied with any Shaklee product, you may send it back to Shaklee for a full refund of the product purchase price less shipping which the Member is responsible for.
- The Shaklee Guarantee is in addition to any rights and remedies which are available under the Australian Consumer Law when a product does not comply with a statutory guarantee – the Shaklee Guarantee is not intended to limit or exclude the applicability of those rights and remedies.

- Concerns or Complaints
- If you have a complaint or concerns, please contact australia@shaklee.com. Please provide your name, Shaklee ID number and a valid email address so that an agent can respond to your concerns.
- Governing Law
- The laws in force in the State of New South Wales will govern this Membership Agreement. Shaklee and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New South Wales.
- Agreement Changes
- We reserve the right to change our product prices at any time. Reasonable notice of product price changes will be provided.
- We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at our sole discretion where acting reasonably. Reasonable notice of the amendments to the Agreement will be provided before the amendments take effect by email or another method we determine appropriate. Your purchase of products after the date upon which an amendment takes effect will constitute your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
