- Account Creation and Management
You are required to create an account to use certain services on the Website, including as a registered Member or Ambassador. When registering an account, you agree that you will provide accurate and complete information at all times, including when you order any Shaklee products through the Shaklee Website. You are solely responsible for any activity on the Shaklee Website associated with your account. You should promptly inform Shaklee in the event you become aware of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
If appropriate and reasonable in the circumstances, we reserve the right to disable or terminate your account or otherwise restrict your access to the site without prior notice if we consider you have breached these Terms or any relevant Australian law or regulation.

- Jurisdiction
The materials in the Shaklee Website are presented solely for the purpose of promoting Shaklee products available in Australia. THE PRODUCTS PROMOTED ON THE SHAKLEE WEBSITE ARE NOT FOR SALE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA. IF YOU ARE RESIDENT IN ANY COUNTRY OTHER THAN AUSTRALIA AND YOU WISH TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS PROMOTED ON THE SHAKLEE WEBSITE, YOU SHOULD CONTACT SHAKLEE CORPORATION FOR INFORMATION CONCERNING AVAILABILITY OF SHAKLEE PRODUCTS IN YOUR COUNTRY.
