Matt Town, General Counsel

Matt Town is responsible for all legal matters worldwide, including developing and leading all corporate legal strategy. He also oversees the business development function, including strategic partnerships. Prior to Shaklee, Matt was the General Counsel at Habit, a personalized nutrition start-up funded by Campbell Soup Company, and has also held in-house positions at Bare Essentials and NASDAQ. Matt graduated from both St. Mary's College and University of San Francisco School of Law with honors before joining the litigation practice group at Shook, Hardy & Bacon's first California office in 2001.
